I bought the CS2000 to upgrade a Ribao CS-10 counter I have. I didn’t realize that Ribao discontinued this model last year. I can get parts for the CS-10, but whoever is importing the copycat CS-2000 product isn’t supporting it very well. If anyone has suggestions, I’m all ears.
